NB: 2016 :This website in its entirety accepted & acknowledged by the UK Statutory Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse
as CSA victim witness testimony submitted by Malcolm Lidbury against organisations & authorities primarily in Devon & Cornwall
(ie homophobic police & Intercom Trust) which collaborated in ignoring & covering up Child Sexual Abuse
(& further perpetuating homophobic abuse & hate crimes by authorities & organisations).

Male Nude Speed Paintings
created by artist Malcolm Lidbury
In 2004 Lidbury began creating large numbers of speed paintings. Quickly executed watercolour paintings which on average took no longer than between 10 - 20mins after initial line drawing. These nude & semi-nude paintings he was successfully selling on a well known internet auction site.
Having shown these entirely lawful & perfectly legal paintings to a number of visitors to his home, police following a malicious complaint subsequently raided his home, seized his computer & attempted to prosecute the artist for the paintings.
After forensic examination of the images police later had to admit both in an IPCC investigation & in Magistrates Court that there were NO illegal images.
However Devon & Cornwall police have continued with their homophobic hate vendetta against the artist on going - Lidbury has not painted since 2005 as a result.
